Himalayan Pink Salt
Himalayan salt is mined from the Salt Range Mountains at the southern edge of the Pothohar Plateau in Pakistan, south of the Himalayas. This salt, often pinkish due to trace minerals, is primarily used as a food additive to replace refined table salt. Additionally, it is popular for cooking, food presentation, decorative lamps, and spa treatments.
